We are excited to announce that the 2012 Island Summer Games will be held once again at the West Shore Parks & Rec much sooner than expected as the dates are set for
July 28th & 29th, 2012.
West Shore was our venue of choice not only because of the great facility but also the connection & opportunity to make a bigger impact for the Goldstream Food Bank. We're planning to make this year's games the best to date & discussions of a new expansion sport are underway.

A Message from the
Goldstream Food Bank
"In 2011, the Goldstream Food Bank Society provided 4085 hampers to the less fortunate residents of Greater Victoria's Western Communities.
These hampers assisted 10,299 people of which 3401 were children, infant to seventeen years of age inclusive. We are staffed by approximately 100 dedicated and caring volunteers and it's incentives like the Island Summer Games that help us in these recessionary times. "
